摘 要:对稠油黏度高、开采困难等问题,可利用水热催化降黏剂来降低稠油黏度。以不饱和脂肪酸、SO3及金属无机盐反应得到系列双亲水基团的磺基脂肪酸盐,并与煤焦油、低分子醇复合得到双亲催化降黏体系,通过试验测试其表面活性和降黏性能。研究表明,温度上升时稠油黏度呈幂级数下降,提高温度可以大大降低稠油黏度,且稠油黏度随含水率的增加而增加;选取0.2%的碱加量较为合适;选择TM作为稠油降黏的催化剂,其加量为0.65%。In view of problems of high viscosity and difficult production of heavy oil,the aquathermolysis viscosity reducer is used to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil in this paper.Sulfo-fatty acid salts with double-hydrophilic group are obtained by the sequence of reaction of unsaturated fatly acid with SO3 and metal inorganic salt.The double-hydrophilic catalytic system(TM) is consisted of sulfo-fatty acid salt,coal tar and low alcohol.Effects of temperature and water content in heavy oil on viscosity and viscosity-reducing property of synthesized catalytic system arc evaluated in laboratory.The results show that the viscosity of heavy oil decreases in power series with the rising temperature,viscosity of heavy oil increases with the increase of its moisture content.0.2%of alkali and 0.65%TM is added and reacted for 12 h at 180℃ in heavy oil can decrease viscosity greatly,over 99.9%of viscosity-reducing rate can be obtained.
