智力资本投资与企业营运效率相关性研究——基于营运效率评价指标体系的实证分析

摘　　要：本文选取2007-2012年间A股上市公司为样本,从智力资本投资视角对智力资本投资与企业营运效率相关性进行分析,得出结论:企业对智力资本的投资与企业营运效率存在正向影响;智力资本各要素对企业营运效率的影响中,人力资本的作用最大。As the important resource of enterprise value creation,intellectual capital play a significant role in the enterprise operation efficiency.From the perspective of intellectual capital investment,this paper tests empirically intellectual capital investment effects on enterprise operation efficiency through factor analysis method to obtain the comprehensive factor score operation efficiency.The results reveals that the intellectual capital investment has an positive effect on the enterprise operation efficiency and the human capital works the best in the elements of intellectual capital.
