摘 要:目的:探讨模拟手术室在医学生临床教学中应用的效果。方法:对2012年43名医学生(观察组)应用模拟手术室统一集中教学,对2011年44名医学生(对照组)采用传统教学方法进行临床教学。观察2组医学生的手术前准备、无菌技术、外科基本操作等技能掌握情况及手术室医生、护士对医学生的满意度情况。结果:观察组医学生的各项能力掌握程度及手术室医护人员对其的满意度明显高于对照组医学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床教学中应用模拟手术室有利于提高医学生对手术室相关无菌操作及外科基本操作能力的掌握。[Objective]To explore the teaching effect of the application of mimic operating room for clinical medical students.[Method]Divide 87 medical students from Bengbu Medical College into two groups accoding to different grades.43 students in 2012 use mimic operating room for teaching are in observation group.44 students in2011 received traditional teaching method are in control group.Observe the learning effect of preparation before operation,sterile technique,basic surgical skill and the satisfaction of the surgeons and the nurses.[Result]There is significant difference on the learning effect and the satisfaction of the surgeons and the nurses between two groups(P0.05).[Conclusion]The application of mimic operating room in clinical teaching can help medical students improve the ability to master the preparation before operation,sterile technique.and basic surgical skill.
