摘 要:渤海油田许多油水井采用大直径防砂管柱简易防砂的方式进行分层防砂、分层开采。生产过程中,许多井出砂导致需要打捞大直径防砂管柱,然后重新防砂。打捞存在的问题是:1打捞对象复杂,通常为一趟多层防砂管柱;2防砂管柱直径大,接箍直径更大,套铣无法通过接箍,因此不能像砾石充填防砂管柱一样套铣一层、打捞一层,每次最多只能套铣一根防砂管柱,导致打捞周期长、费用高、成功率低。针对套铣打捞困难,开发了分段水力切割打捞方法,即水力切割和打捞联作方法,并对水力切割中不同切割状态的刀片长度进行了理论计算和优选。综合运用这些方法,成功、快速地实现了大直径防砂管柱的打捞。To many oil and water wells in Bohai Oilfield,simple sand control method by using large diameter sand pipe is used to complete sand control and slicing mining. In the production process,sanding of many wells results in the need for salvaging large diameter sand proof pipe string,and then re sand. Salvage problems are: the salvage of object is complicated,usually is a multilayer sand control pipe string; the diameter of sand control pipe string is large,whose collar diameter is bigger to cause the milling is unable through the collar,unlike the gravel packing sand control pipe string as milling a layer of a layer at a time,salvage,most can only set milling a sand prevention pipe string,leading to salvage the long cycle,high cost,low success rate. Aiming at the difficulty of sectional cutting milling fishing,fishing method of hydraulic development,namely the hydraulic cutting and salvage combination method,and the blade length state in different cutting hydraulic cutting is analyzed in theoretical calculation and optimization. The integrated application of these methods realizes the fishing to large diameter sand control pipe string successfully and quickly.
