摘　　要：传统套管刮削器在压缩弹簧作用下刀片的最大外径比套管内径大,不能与钻磨、裸眼通井等工具同时入井工作。在常规刮削器的基础上进行技术创新,研制新型多合一作业液压刮壁器(以下简称"液压刮壁器"),液压刮壁器入井时刀片不张开,可与钻塞、磨铣、通井等工具同时入井,完成钻塞、磨铣、通井后,投球打压涨开刮刀再进行刮壁作业。以哈拉哈塘油田的应用为例,简要介绍了液压刮壁器在超深井钻完井及修井作业中的推广应用。The maximum diameter of traditional casing scraping blade under the action of compression spring is bigger than casing diameter,being not work with tools of drilling and grinding,the open hole drift. Technical innovation based on the conventional scraper,a new type of all-in-one operated hydraulic scraping device has been developed( hereinafter referred to as the hydraulic scraping device). The blade is not open when it is into the well,and lowered at the same time with plug drilling,milling and work-over tools,and after the completion of drilling plug,milling,work-over,scraper operation is finished by casting a ball to pitch pressure to open up scraping. Taking the application in Halahatang oilfield as an example,popularization and application the hydraulic scraping device applied in ultra deep well drilling and completion and work-over is briefly introduced.
