充权视角下的刑释人员回归社会中的就业探讨

摘　　要：刑释人员的就业与他们能否顺利回归社会紧密地联系在一起,进而关系到公共安全与社会的和谐稳定。通过研究发现,刑释人员在回归社会过程中,就业方面容易陷入权利缺失的状态。究其原因,既有宏观的制度性因素,也有社会文化及刑释人员自身因素。为刑释人员就业充权,是建立刑释人员回归社会稳定的支持之一。The employment of released prisoners is closely associated with whether they can smoothly return to the society, and then associated with public safety and the harmonious and stable society. Through the research it is found that when released prisoners are in the process of returning to the society they often easily step into the lack of right to get a job. The reason for this situation is various from macro institutional factors to social culture and the personal factors of released prisoners themselves. In order that released prisoners may return to the society it is necessary for us to offer them certain rights and give stable support to them in finding the job and get employed.
