摘  要:近年来,轴向永磁电机在高性能伺服控制系统中应用越来越广泛,本文针对永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间相互作用产生齿槽转矩,引起电机振动和噪声,进而影响系统控制精度等问题,提出了一种基于分段有限元法分析齿槽转矩的新方法。为减小齿槽转矩,研究了包括极弧系数、永磁体倾斜、定子槽口宽度、定子开辅助槽等因素对齿槽转矩的影响。计算结果与三维有限元法进行对比,验证了所提出方法的正确性与齿槽转矩削弱的有效性。Axial flux permanent magnet machines have been used more and more widely in high performance servo control system in recent years. A new method based on segmental finite element method was presented to analyze the cogging torque which was produced by the interaction between permanent magnets and the armature slotted cores,led to machine vibration and noise,and then influenced the system control accuracy.In order to reduce the cogging torque,several factors influences were studied including the pole arc ratio,permanent magnet skewing,stator slot width,as well as stator auxiliary slotting. The calculated results were compared with those calculated by the three dimensional finite element method to verify the correctness of the proposed method and the effectiveness of the cogging torque reduction.
