摘  要:以外源碱蓬总DNA导入玉米自交系获得的9份稳定变异系和3个受体为被测系,5个常用骨干系为测验系,采用不完全双列杂交设计,对60份杂交组合的产量及主要产量性状进行配合力分析。分析表明导入系KL4-16和吉818-76-3的一般配合力表现较好,综合性状较好,利用潜力较大,值得考虑改良利用。60份杂交组合中,单株产量SCA效应值较高的组合有KL4-19-2×340/137,吉818-76-1×A632,KL4-16×434,增产潜力较大。9 maize inbred lines offspring induced by introducing suaeda salsa DNA into the maize and 3 receptors were as tested lines,and 5 elite inbred lines were as testing ones in the examination. The combing ability of agronomic traits among sixty crosses were tested and analyzed by means of NCⅡ design. The results showed that introgression lines KL4-16 and Ji 818-76-3 had better general combining ability,comprehensive characters and great potential for uses,which were worth considering to improve. KL4-19-2×340/137,Ji 818-76-1×A632 and KL4-16×434 in the 60 of hybrid combinations had the higher combining ability.
