农民市民化影响因素探析

摘　　要：农民市民化是农村剩余劳动力转移的一个有效路径,是实现三化的核心环节。影响农民市民化的因素很多,这也决定了农民市民化是一个长期的过程。制约这一过程的主要障碍因素有城市就业、基本公共服务、农民自身素质、土地情结和思想认识、政府的规划和指导等。就业是影响农民市民化的基本经济因素,基本公共服务是影响农民市民化的社会环境因素,思想意识和土地情结是影响农民市民化的观念因素,农民自身素质是影响农民市民化的主观因素,而政府的规划和指导则是推进农民市民化的主导因素。Citizenization of farmers is an effective way to transfer rural surplus labor force. It is also the core of a- chieving three modernizations. There are a lot of factors which influence the citizenization of farmers, so the citi- zenization of farmers is a long process. There are a lot of factors such as urban employment, basic public serv- ices, farmers＇ quality, affection towards the land and understanding, government planning and guidance, etc.. Among these, employment is the basic economic factor; public service is the social and environmental factor;understanding and affection to land is ideological factor; the quality of farmers is the subjective factor; govern- ment planning and guidance is the key factor to promote the citizenization of farmers.
