摘  要:从吉林油田长期受原油污染的土壤中富集分离、纯化出1株高效原油降解菌6#。通过形态观察、生理生化试验和16S r DNA分子生物学鉴定,确定该菌株为戈登式菌属(Gordonia sp.)。紫外分光光度法对原油降解率进行测定,并研究该原油降解菌降解特性。结果表明:在初始p H为8.0、原油质量浓度为2.0 g/L、Na Cl质量浓度为40 g/L、温度为35℃的条件下,培养21 d时该菌株对原油的降解率达到最大值,为60.67%。通过模拟试验,研究了该菌株对土壤中原油的降解效果,降解45 d后,原油降解率可达63.59%。该菌株可广泛用于原油污染的土壤、水体以及工业生产中带来的油污染的生物修复。The strain 6# was isolated from contaminated soil in Jilin oilfield. Through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical experiments and phylogenetic analysis of 16 S r DNA sequencing,the strain was identified to belong to Gordonia sp.. UV spectrophotometer was used to analyze its degradation rate. Study on its degradation characteristics showed that the optimal conditions of crude oil degradation were at initial p H 8. 0,40 g / L Na Cl,2. 0 g / L crude oil and 35 ℃,and when cultured for 21 d,the strain obtained the maximum degradation rate( 60. 67%). In simulation experiment,degradation rate of crude oil was up to 63. 59%. These results indicated that the strain could be used for the bioremediation of crude oil contaminated soil.
