摘 要:目的了解山西省饮水型地方性砷中毒病情动态和防治措施落实情况,为下一步开展防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照国家《饮水型地方性砷中毒监测方案》和《2013年山西省饮水型地方性砷中毒监测方案》的要求,在全省选择5个病区县、14个病区村作为监测点,调查监测村的改水及改水工程运行情况、测定水砷含量,同时对监测村常住人口进行地方性砷中毒病情调查,并测定尿砷含量;水砷、尿砷含量测定采用氢化物原子荧光光度法(GB/T5750.6-2006),砷中毒诊断采用《地方性砷中毒诊断标准》(WS/T 211-2001)。结果 14个监测村已全部改水,改水率100.00%,改水工程全部正常运行,且水砷含量全部合格;砷中毒患者检出率为1.57%,患者以轻度为主,新发患者15例;尿砷含量测定396人,范围在0.000 2-0.380 0 mg/L,几何均值为0.005 2 mg/L。结论山西省饮水型地方性砷中毒病情总体上已减轻,但仍有新发患者,防治监测工作仍然不能松懈。Objective To master development trend of drinking-water-borne endemic arsenism in Shanxi Privince, and to provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of the disease. Methods In accordance with the requirements of national Surveillance Scheme of Drinking-Water-Borne Endemic Arsenism and Shanxi Provincial Surveillance Scheme of Drinking-Water-Borne Endemic Arsenism, 14 villages in 5 epidemic counties were chosen as monitoring sites. Water improvement and operation of the engineering of water-improvement were investigated. Arsenism content in drinking water and urine was determined with hydride atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry(GB/T 5750.6-2006). The disease conditions of residents was monitored and diagnosed by Endemic Arsenism Diagnostic Criteria(WS/T 211-2001). Results All of the 14 monitoring villages were water improved, with improvement rate of 100.00%. And all of them operated normally. The arsenic content in water was all qualified. Detection rate of arsenic poisoning was 1.57%. Most of them were mild patients. There were 15 new cases. Urinary samples of 396 people were detected for arsenic content, with the urinary arsenic concentration from 0.000 2 mg/L to 0.380 0 mg/L and geometric mean of 0.005 2 mg/L. Conclusions Endemic arsenic poisoning in Shanxi Province has eased in general, though there are new cases. Prevention and monitoring work should still be reinforced.
