摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于无线通信领域的低电压、带有前馈结构的3阶4位单环Σ-Δ调制器。为了降低Σ-Δ调制器的功耗,跨导放大器采用了带宽展宽技术。采用TSMC 0.13μm CMOS工艺对电路进行仿真,仿真结果显示,当工作电压为1.2V、采样频率为64 MHz、过采样比为16、信号带宽为2 MHz时,电路的SNDR达81dB,功耗仅为7.78mW。A low voltage third-order four-bitΣ-Δ modulator for the applications of wireless communication was presented,which had a single loop feed-forward structure.To decrease the power consumption of the Σ-Δmodulator,the OTA based on gain-bandwidth extension technique was used.The circuit was simulated with TSMC0.13μm CMOS process.The results showed that theΣ-Δmodulator achieved a SNDR of 81 dB and the total power dissipation was just 7.78 mW with a sampling rate of 64 MHz,a oversampling rate of 16,a signal bandwidth of 2MHz and a supply voltage of 1.2V.
