摘　　要：自然灾害和人为灾难后,医学救援常以抢救急危重症为重点,而忽视了颌面外科专科救援,导致颌面部损伤伤病员得不到及时有效的专业救治。2013年9月WHO主导的外国救援队指南中就明确了早期专科救治的重要性。本文概括了灾后医学救援常用的颌面外科技术。The focus of medical relief work after nature and human-made disasters is rescuing emergency and severe diseases,specialty rescue work of maxillofacial surgery are often neglected. And it sometimes hinders patients with maxillofacial injuries from achieving timely professional care. Foreign medical team guidelines led by WHO which released in September 2013,clearly defined the importance of early specialists care. The author summarized techniques frequently used in maxillofacial surgery.
