摘　　要：在面对灾难时以"120"为代表的院前医疗急救工作者常常参与各项医疗救援。笔者从"120"队伍灾难应急的任务与目标出发,结合"120"队伍发展中的困境,提出加强其队伍建设的措施,以提高"120"救治水平。＂120＂emergency medical teams are often involved in disaster medical relief. This article put forward measures to strengthen team construction from the task and goal of ＂120＂emergency medical teams,also combined with the dilemma in development process,in order to improve treatment level.
