摘  要:文章就RK-EF法镍铁生产的理论电耗进行了计算。计算结果表明,通过与传统冷装法比较,RK-EF法冶炼镍铁合金单位镍点的理论电耗为275 kWh,比传统冷装法降低了24%,说明RK-EF法冶炼镍铁合金能明显降低冶炼电耗;同时发现,炉渣显热与烟气显热占总支出热量的57%以上,研究如何利用这部分热能对降低镍铁合金冶炼成本及节能降耗将有重要影响。The theoretical electricity consumption calculation for RK-EF process of ferronickel alloy smelting has been calculated in this paper. Calculation result suggests that the theoretical electricity consumption of per nickel unit is 275 kWh, which is 24% lower than the traditional cold charging, and it explains that RK-EF method for ferronickel smelting can obviously reduce smelting electricity consumption. The study also shows that the sensible heat of slag and smoke accounts for more than 57% of total expenditure energy. The study on how to use this part of energy to reduce the ferronickel smelting cost would have important effect on saving energy and reducing electricity consumption.
