摘　　要：目的借助信息化的手段对医院会诊流程实现精细化管理。方法以会诊制度为依据,制定基于电子病历系统的会诊流程,并借助信息化的手段统计科室会诊执行情况。结果根据会诊统计情况进行分析,对医院会诊质量改进实施科学有效的干预。结论基于电子病历系统的会诊管理可以协助提高会诊的质量与效率,从而提高医院的诊疗质量。Objective With the help of informationization means to achieve fine management of hospital consultation process.Methods Based on consultation system, formulate consultation process based on the electronic medical record system, analyze department consultation implementation by means of information. Results According to the consultation statistics, making scientific effective intervention for hospital consultation quality. Conclusion Consultation management based on the electronic medical record system can help improve the quality and efficiency of the consultation, so as to improve the medical quality of hospital.
