摘 要:将双氰胺应用在棉织物低温练漂中。利用单因素变量分析了双氰胺、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、氧漂稳定剂S、练漂温度和时间等因素对纯棉针织物CIE白度的影响,优化了低温练漂工艺,得到的较佳练漂工艺为:双氰胺4g/L,氢氧化钠2g/L,30%过氧化氢20g/L,氧漂稳定剂S 1g/L,精练剂F 2g/L,温度70℃,时间60min。与低温练漂工艺相比,低温活化练漂工艺织物强力损失虽略有增加,但练漂织物吸水性二者相当,且低温活化练漂织物CIE白度较高,展示了很大的发展空间。In this paper,dicyandiamide was applied in low-temperature scouring and bleaching process of cotton knitted fabrics.Single factor variable was utilized to analyze effects of dicyandiamide,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide,oxygen bleaching stabilizer S,scouring and bleaching temperature and time on CIE whiteness of cotton knitted fabric.Besides,the best low-temperature scouring and bleaching conditions gained are as follows:dicyandiamide 4g/L,sodium hydroxide 2g/L,30% hydrogen peroxide 20g/L,oxygen bleaching stabilizer S 1g/L,scouring agent 2g/L,temperature 70℃ and time 60 min.Compared with low-temperature scouring and bleaching process,though the fabrics treated by the low temperature activation process had more strength loss,the two had the same hygroscopic property.Besides,CIE whiteness of treated by the low temperature activation process was higher.This shows great development space.
