摘　　要：介绍了Outlast粘胶型调温纤维、羊绒及木棉纤维的不同性能特点,利用纺棉环锭纺设备纺制调温纤维/羊绒/木棉混纺柔软型空调纱,通过对原料进行合理充分的预处理,改善其可纺性能,优选工艺配置,加强温湿度调节和各工序的生产管理,生产的调温纤维/羊绒/木棉60/20/20混纺柔软型9.8tex(60S)空调纱,成纱质量满足后道使用要求。This paper introduces different performances of Outlast thermo-regulating fiber/cashmere/kapok.The cotton spinning equipment is used to spin thermo-regulating fiber/cashmere and kapok blended soft air-conditioning yarn. Through rational and full pretreatment of raw materials,improving the spinning performance,optimizing process configuration and enhancing humidity regulation and production management of each process,thermo-regulating fiber/cashmere/kapok 60/20/20 blended soft 9.8tex（60S）airconditioning yarn can meet the weaving requirements.
