摘　　要：目的分析烧伤早期康复治疗的成本-效果。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月在本院就诊的烧伤患者84例,根据患者实际治疗情况分为试验组(44例)和对照组(40例),两组患者均接受常规烧伤治疗,试验组患者在此基础上接受早期康复治疗,观察两组患者的治疗成本及效果。结果试验组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)评分降低,日常生活能力评定量表(BI)评分升高,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VSS和SAS评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患者的VSS、SAS和BI的成本-效果比较有显著差异(P<0.05),试验组治疗有效率高于对照组。结论烧伤早期康复治疗可以提高治疗效果,降低医疗成本,是一种有效的治疗方法,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To analyze the cost-effectivenes of burn early rehabilitation. Method Selected 84 cases of burned patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, according to the actual treatment, divided into experimental group（44 cases） and control group（40 cases）, both groups were given conventional treatment, and experimental group patients were also given early rehabilitation treatment, observed the costeffectivenes of two groups. Result After treatment, SAS and VSS scores of experimental group decreased and BI scores increased significantly（P〈0.05）; the patients in two groups after treatment with VSS and SAS scores were significant difference（P〈0.05）; the effect of experimental group and control group of VSS, SAS and BI were significant difference（P〈0.05）, the effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment of burn can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the cost of medical care, which is an effective method of treatment, and it is worthy of further clinical application.
