摘　　要：研究了多功能助剂单甲基丙烯酸锌(ZMMA)对异戊二烯橡胶性能的影响,探讨了ZMMA对药用聚异戊二烯垫片性能的影响以及减少锌用量的可行性。结果表明,使用ZMMA代替ZnO能有效促进异戊橡胶的硫黄硫化反应;在药用聚异戊二烯垫片物理性能和化学性能均保持不变的情况下,采用ZMMA能减少配方中70%以上(摩尔分数计)的锌用量。This paper mainly studied the affect of the multifunctional additive ZMMA on the performance of pharmaceutical polyisoprene Liners and the feasibility of reducing the amount of zinc in formulation.The experimental results show that ZMMA instead of ZnO could effectively activate sulphur vulcanization in polyisoprene formulation.When the physical properties and chemical properties of pharmaceutical polyisoprene liners were unchanged,more than 70mol% of the zinc was eliminated from the compound by using ZMMA.
