摘 要:深入分析欧盟EN 13445标准直接法稳定性校核原理及应用准则,充分考虑实际工程中的材料非线性和几何非线性因素,建立基于EN 13445压力容器分析设计直接法的深海外压容器稳定性分析模型。根据深海外压容器稳定性校核危险工况,提出结构屈曲分析和稳定性校核方法,并在此基础上深入分析结构参数对深海外压容器稳定性的影响,构建深海外压容器分析设计的稳定分析和校核技术体系。最终开展2000 m深海外压容器高压舱外压试验,试验表明所述深海外压容器稳定性分析校核体系能够准确可靠地分析校核深海外压容器。为深海外压容器的稳定性校核和结构优化提供一种行之有效的方法,填补了深海外压容器稳定性研究方面的空白。On the basis of studying stability check method and application principles based on European standard EN 13445,material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity were taken into consideration,and the nonlinear stability analysis model for deep-sea external pressure vessel was established.According to haz-ardous working conditions,structural buckling stability analysis and check method was put forward.On this basis,the influence of structural parameters to deep-sea external pressure vessel structural stability was studied,and the system of stability analysis and check method for deep-sea external pressure vessel were built in the final.The 2000 m deep-sea vessel external pressure experiment was carried out,and the result reveals that the analysis and check method presented could apply to the deep-sea vessel accurately and reli-ably.This paper provids an effective way to stability check and structure optimize of the deep-sea external pressure vessel,making up for the gap of stability rearch for deep-sea external pressure vessel.
