滋阴清热法为主治疗慢性咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴清热法治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将符合研究标准的慢性咳嗽患者76例随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。治疗组给予滋阴清热法为主组方的汤剂,对照组给予西医常规治疗。两组均治疗2周后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为69.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咳嗽症状的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴清热法为主治疗慢性咳嗽有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of Ziyin Qingre therapy in treatment of chronic cough. Methods： 76 patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the patients in treatment group were treated with TCM medicine of Ziyin Qingre therapy, and the patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine, treatment course lasted for 2 weeks. Results： The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had a significantly decreased cough score （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of with Ziyin Qingre therapy can improve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cough.
