风寒煎剂熏洗治疗小儿外感发热(风寒型)的护理体会

摘　　要：由于儿童特殊的生理和解剖特点,外感发热是小儿时期的常见病和多发病,中医认为小儿年幼,冷暖不知自调,或风寒直入,或汗出当风,临床早期均多表现为恶寒、发热同见等风寒证症候。我们针对外感早期风寒证型,运用风寒煎剂熏洗取效明显,笔者自2012年11月-2013年4月观察78例患儿采用该法治疗,现将护理体会报告如下。Exogenous fever is a common disease in children because of special physiological and anatomical characteristics, and considered that early clinical performance is fever with cold syndrome. In this paper, 78 patients were treated with the Fenghan decoction, and the clinical efficacy was confirmed, nursing experience as followed.
