心理护理对数字乳腺摄影检查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对数字乳腺摄影检查的成功率、甲级片率、术后诊断符合率的影响。方法:选择2011年10月-2013年5月在我院进行数字乳腺摄影检查128例,随机分为对照组60例、观察组68例。均在数字乳腺摄影时给予常规护理;观察组在此基础上实施舒适心理干预。结果:比较两组患者的检查成功率、甲级片率和术后诊断符合率。观察组检查成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受数字乳腺摄影检查患者实施舒适有效的心理护理,能缓解患者的焦虑状况,减少应激反应,有利于检查顺利进行,提高照片质量。Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care on success lote of digital mammography examination, grade frlming rate, and diaghostic coincidence rate. Methods：128 cases were randomly divided into the control group （60 cases）, and the observation group （68 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing in digital mammography;while the observation group received comfortable psychological intervention. Results： The success rate, grade filning rate and postoperative diagnosis coincidence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comfortable psychological intervention for patients to receive digital mammography examination could alleviate patients’ anxiety, reduce stress reaction, check smoothly, and improve photo quality.
