摘　　要：目的：探讨社区综合干预方案对乳腺癌患者心理量表一症状自评量表（SCL-90）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）的影响。方法：将112例乳腺癌病人随机分为两组，综合干预组与对照组，各56例。同时具备“生物一心理一社会”三者干预因素的归于综合干预组，且综合干预组中必须有中医药干预方案，不同时具备三者干预因素的归于对照组。观察比较乳腺癌患者在干预前、干预后6个月、12个月、18个月SCL-90、SDS、SAS评分变化。结果：干预12、18个月后综合干预组躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对分值明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。干预组患者抑郁、焦虑情绪12、18个月后得到明显改善，与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：社区综合干预能够明显改善乳腺癌患者心理症状和抑郁、焦虑情绪，且改善程度与时间成正比，干预时间以12～18个月左右为佳。Objective： To investigate effects of comprehensive community intervention programs for SCL-90, SDS, SAS. Methods： 112 patients with mammary cancer were randomly divided into the comprehensive intervention group and the control group, 56 cases for each. Patients with biology-psychology-society three factors were assigned to the comprehensive intervention group, and were given TCM medicine intervention program necessarily; patients without the three factors at the same time were assigned to the control group. Scores change of SCL-90, SDS, SAS were observed before and after treatment in 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. Results： In 12 months and 18 months, sores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety, hostility in the comprehensive intervention group were obviously lower than those in the control （P〈0.05）; depression and anxiety in control group were improved obviously, with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comprehensive intervention programs in community could obviously improve psychological symptoms, depression and anxiety, the degree of improvement was proportional to the time. 12~ 18 months were the suitable interventional time.
