摘 要:目的:观察并分析反流性食管炎应用清胃养阴汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法:资料随机选自2012年10月-2014年1月本院诊治的反流性食管炎患者150例,随机按照数字表单盲法平均分为两组,75例行奥美拉唑联合吗丁啉片治疗患者作对照组,75例加行清胃养阴汤加减治疗患者作研究组,比较分析两组患者的中医症候积分与24h食管p H监测情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分与De Meester评分均有下降,食道压力指标均有上升;且研究组的胸骨后疼痛积分、口干口苦积分、嗳气积分、De Meester评分以及LESP均显著优于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:反流性食管炎行清胃养阴汤加减治疗能够有效改善病情,抑制胃酸分泌,具有临床推广与应用价值。Objective: To analyze and observe clinical efficacy of the Qingwei Yangyin decoction on reflux esophagitis. Methods: 150 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups from October 2012 to January 2014 by single blind method. 75 cases were given omeprazole plus motilium tablet as the control group. 75 cases were given the Qingwei Yangyin decoction as research group. TCM syndrome integral and 24h pH monitoring of esophageal in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, TCM syndrome integral and DeMeester in both were decreased; esophageal pressure index in both was increased; retrosternal pain integral, dry mouth and bitter mouth integral, belching integral and LESP in research group were obviously better, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Qingwei Yangyin decoction could improve efficacy, inhibit gastric acid secretion, and was worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
