中西医结合治疗椎动脉供血不足眩晕30例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将60例椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟中药"祛痰活血汤"治疗,2组均以10d为1个疗程,1疗程后休息7d,2个疗程后进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on vertigo from vertebral artery insufficiency. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The control group was given the western medicine, while the treatment group was given the Qutan Huoxue decoction more. 10 days for 1 course, there were 7 days of rest between first course and second course. With 2 courses of treatment, clinical efficacy was observed. Results： Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine was sienificant.
