活血通络方联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟活血通络方联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的98例患者,随机分为A、B、C三组,A组(活血通络方+甲钴胺组),B组(活血通络方组),C组(甲钴胺组),三组均采用4周为1个疗程,共2个疗程,观察治疗前后三组临床症状、肌电图神经传导速度、臂踝指数、血糖、血脂的变化情况。结果:A组总有效率优于B、C组(P<0.05);A组肌电图神经传导速度改善优于B、C组(P<0.05),A组臂踝指数上升优于B、C组(P<0.05),差异具有显著性,治疗后三组血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白变化比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效,活血通络方在其治疗中的作用值得肯定,且无不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Tongluo prescription combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of lesions of nerve conduction velocity in type 2 diabetic peripheral nerve. Methods： 98 qualified patients were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, group A （Huoxue Tongluo Decoction ＋ Methycobal group）, group B （Huoxue Tongluo Decoction group）, C group （Methycobal group）, 3 groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course, a total of 2 courses. The changes of the clinical symptoms, electromyography nerve conduction velocity, ankle braehial index, blood glucose, blood lipids of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of group A was better than that of B, C group （P〈 0.05）; group A electromyography nerve conduction velocity is better than B, C group （ P 〈 0.05）, the ankle brachial index of group A was better than that of B, C group （P〈 0.05）, the difference was significant. After treatment, the blood glucose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin changes of the three groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western medicine has better curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The effect ofHuoxue Tongluo Decoction is excellent with no adverse reaction.
