低位水囊加催产素用于晚期引产的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨低位水囊加催产素用于晚期引产的临床效果及成功率。方法:将320例待产妇随机分成两组,观察组160例,采用低位水囊加催产素引产,并适时行人工破膜后加0.5%的催产素静滴,对照组160例,给予5%GS500ml+催产素2.5u静滴引产。观察两组产妇引产效果、引产时间、分娩方式及新生儿出生体重及出生后Apgar评分。结果:水囊加催产素引产成功率高于催产素引产成功率,水囊引产手术产率低于催产素引产。结论:低位水囊加催产素用于晚期引产是一种简单、安全、有效的引产方法,在临床上值得推广和应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and successful rate of low position water sac combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of the induced labor in late pregnancy. Methods： 320 expectant mothers were randomly divided into two groups, 160 cases in the observation group induced by low position water sac combined with Oxytocin, given 0.5% oxytocin infusion after artificial rupture of membranes at right time, while 160 cases in the control group treated with 5%GS500ml and 2.5u intravenous oxytocin. The efficacy, induction time, delivery mode, neonatal birth weight and postnatal Apgar scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： The successful rate of the treatment of low position water bag combined with Oxytocin was higher than that of the Oxytocin induction, and water bag induction was lower than that of the Oxytocin induction. Conclusion： Low water sac with oxytocin for labor induction in late pregnancy is a simple, safe, and effective method＇of induction of labor which is worthy of promotion and application.
