摘 要:以洗油中提取的粗2-甲基喹啉(喹哪啶)馏份为原料,通过苯酚结晶和重结晶的方法精制提纯2-甲基喹啉。分别考察了原料与苯酚的质量比、甲苯的加入量、结晶温度等因素对2-甲基喹啉结晶提纯效果的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着结晶温度降低,2-甲基喹啉的质量分数逐渐降低,收率则逐渐升高;m(原料)∶m(苯酚)=1.7∶1时的收率最高;重结晶及3次结晶过程中甲苯的加入量对产品的收率及质量分数的影响不大;经过3次结晶后可得到质量分数高于99%的2-甲基喹啉产品。Crystallization and recrystallization of phenol is used to purify the crude 2-methylquinoline (quinaldine) extracted from coal tar raw material. The effects of ratio of raw material and phenol, the amount of toluene, the crystallization temperature, etc, on the purification of 2-methylquinoline are studied. The results show that within a certain range, the purity of quinaldine decreases with the decrease in crystallization temperature. In contrast, the yield is improved. The highest yield can be achieved when the mass ratio of raw material and phenol is 1.7: 1. The amount of toluene added during recrystallization and crystallization process has little influence on the yield and purity of 2- methylquinoline. The purity of 2-methylquinoline after 3 times of rystallization is above 99%.
