摘　　要：文章通过对液相水合生产优质低盐重质纯碱引进工艺技术及设备选型进行了深入探讨和技术研究,在与大型碱厂采用传统固相水合生产工艺进行技术对比的基础上,论证了在海拔高度3 000 m、大气压强70.8 k Pa的高原地区条件下,首创引进高原地区液相水合生产优质低盐重质纯碱技术,并且实现了生产能力扩大化,达到了节能高效的综合效益。Production of high quality low salt heavy soda ash by liquid hydrated method through introducing technology and equipment selection was discussed in- depth and studied technically. Based on the technological contrast with conventional solid hydrated production process in the large soda plant,the first introduction of production of high quality low salt heavy soda ash by liquid hydrated method was demonstrated under the conditions of altitude 3000 m and atmospheric 70. 8k Pa plateau region,which reached production capacity expansion and energy efficient comprehensive benefits.
