摘 要:以某桁架式深水自升式钻井平台为研究对象,基于Ansys软件研究平台在波、浪、流耦合作用下的静动力响应及疲劳寿命。考虑风暴自存与正常工作2种典型工况,结合载荷最不利组合对平台船体和桩腿进行强度校核。重点研究平台在随机波浪力作用下的瞬态动力响应和随机振动响应,得到平台受力与变形等响应结果,并基于随机振动响应结果对平台进行随机疲劳寿命预测。结果表明,平台具有良好的抗风浪能力,结构强度与疲劳寿命均满足规范要求,结构最大应力发生在船体与桩腿连接处,为231 MPa;工作寿命超过50年。本文研究方法及分析过程可为不同类型自升式钻井平台的强度校核与寿命预测提供技术参考。The study of static and dynamic response and fatigue lifetime of a certain type of truss deepwater jack-up drilling platform was analyzed based on the software of ANSYS,which considered the coupled action of waves and currents. The strength analysis of platform legs and hull considered the storm-deposited condition and normal-working condition,while the load sets selected by the most dangerous combination principles. The study focused on the transient dynamic responses and responses of random vibrations of the platform under random wave loads,which got the transient response of deformation and stress of the platform. Then predicted the random fatigue lifetime of the platform based on the result of random vibration response. The results showed that the platform had good resistance for winds and waves and the structural strength and fatigue lifetime met the standard requirement. The maximum structural stress was 231 MPa,occurred in the hull and leg joints. And the working life was more than 50 years. The analytical technique and process of this research would provide technical references for strength analysis and fatigue lifetime prediction for different types of jack-up drilling platforms.
