加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法在癌性疼痛中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法在癌性疼痛中的治疗价值。方法选择在本院接受治疗的120例中晚期癌症患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受单纯三阶梯止痛法治疗的对照组患者及接受加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法治疗的观察组患者,比较两组患者的疼痛评分、疼痛介质水平、生活质量评分等差异。结果观察组患者接受加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法治疗后,平均疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者,中重度疼痛患者比例明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法治疗后的5-HT、NE水平明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法治疗后的社会功能、情绪功能、精神健康等评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁联合三阶梯止痛法有助于减轻癌性疼痛患者的疼痛感受,降低疼痛介质水平,提高患者生活质量。【Objective】To analyze the value of gabapentin therapy combined three-step method of relieving pain in cancer pain. 【Methods】A total of 120 patients with cancer pain in our hospital were chosen as research subjects, randomly divided into control group received simple three-step analgesic ladder treatment and observation group received gabapentin combined three-step analgesic ladder treatment. The pain score, pain mediators, quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.【Results】The average pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and so was the proportion of patients with moderate and severe pain（P〈0.05）. The levels of 5-HT, NE in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The patients＇ social function, emotional function, mental health after treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusions】Gabapentin joint three-step method can help to relieve the pain of cancer patients, reduce pain medium level, to improve the quality of life of the patients with positive clinical significance.
