摘  要:目的:优化白果黄酮的提取工艺.方法:采用闪式提取器提取白果黄酮,以白果黄酮的提取量为检测指标,利用正交试验法对影响白果黄酮提取量的因素进行评价,并对白果黄酮含量进行测定.结果:闪式提取白果黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为80%,液料比30∶1,浸泡12 h.在此条件下,3次提取白果黄酮的平均提取率为0.063±0.007%.结论:正交试验优选出的白果黄酮提取工艺简单,重复性好.Aim: To optimize the extraction process of ginkgo flavonoids. Methods: Ginkgo flavonoids were extracted by flash extractor,the amount of ginkgo flavonoids extract was as assessment scale,and the factors affecting the extraction rates were evaluated by orthogonal test.The amount of ginkgo flavonoids was determined. Result: The results showed that the optimum extraction method of ginkgo flavonoids by flash extractor was 80% ethanol concentration,30 ∶ 1liquid ratio,soaking 12 h. Three times average extraction rate of ginkgo flavonoids was 0. 063 ±0. 007% under the conditions. Conclusion: The extraction process of ginkgo flavonoids optimized in the experiment is simple and high reproducible.
