摘  要:采用机械合金化+热压烧结制备Laves相Mg(Cu1-xSix)2(0≤x≤0.20),研究合金元素Si对其结构、显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:MgCu2中的部分Cu被Si替代,晶体结构并未改变,主相仍为C15结构的Laves相.随Si添加量的增多,整个XRD衍射峰向低角度偏移量增大,点阵常数增大;Si加入使组织均匀、晶格畸变和晶粒尺寸增加,显微硬度增大,抗压强度和抗弯强度先增大后减小.The Laves-phase Mg(Cu1-xSix)2(0≤x≤0.20)was prepared with the method of mechanical activation of alloys plus hot-pressed sintering.The influence of alloying element Si on its structure,micromorphology,and mechanical properties was investigated.The results showed that,although a part of Cu in MgCu2 was substituted by Si,the crystal structure was not changed,and the main phase was still the Laves phase with C15 structure(MgCu2type).With the increase of Si content,the XRD diffraction peak shifted to the low angular position and the lattice constant gradually increased;After adding Si elements,its metallurgical structure became more uniform,lattice distortion and grain size increased,mircohardness increased,and compressive and flexural strength increased first and then decreased.
