摘  要:利用TDI(甲苯-2、4-二异氰酸酯)活化纳米稀土氧化物和接枝的方法制备一类纳米稀土氧化物/华法林杂化材料,用IR、TG和SEM表征产物.结果表明,华法林接枝在经过TDI活化后的纳米稀土氧化物表面,细胞毒性实验证明材料具有较低的细胞毒性和较好的细胞相容性.抗凝血实验说明材料具有良好的抗凝血性能.A class of rare-earth nano-Oxides/Warfarin hybrid materials were prepared by using the activated rare-earth nano-oxides by TDI(toluene 2,4-diisocyanate of ester)and the method of graft.The resultants were characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscopy.The result showed that the Warfarin was grafted on the surface of rare earth nano-oxides which was activated by TDI.It was verified by the experiment on cell toxicity that the materials would have less cell toxicity and better cell compatibility.The anti-blood-coagulation test showed that the materials would have a fine anti-blood-coagulate performance.
