摘  要:根据监控计算机和PLC之间的通讯原理,针对航空货站多工位、多路径、多任务实时监控特点,设计航空货运物流监控系统通讯协议.分析设备监控管理层与设备控制层PLC信息交换过程以及航空货运站物流监控的需求.按照标准化、可扩展的要求,设计运动指令和状态指令报文数据结构及相应的报文类型.实际应用表明,该通讯协议能够很好地满足复杂物流监控需求,信息容量大,格式规范新颖,便于软件实现.According to the principle of communication between monitoring computer and PLC and aimed at air cargo's multi-deck,multi-path,multi-task and real-time monitoring features,a computer communication protocol was developed.The process of the information exchange between EMS and ECS was analysed emphatically,and the demand of communication protocol for air cargo logistics monitoring was also analyzed.According to the requirement of standardization and extensibility,this paper put forward a construction of communication protocol including motion telegram and status telegram,and their corresponding telegram type.Practical application showed that the communication protocol was able to meet the demand of complex logistics monitoring,had large information capacity,and its format was standardized novel,and convenient to be realized with a software.
