摘　　要：目的构建旅团卫生队传染病症状监测系统(简称部队症状监测系统),早期识别和处置部队传染病聚集性发病的征兆,更好地保障官兵健康,维护部队正常作训和生活秩序。方法通过文献研读、风险评估和专家论证的方法解决部队症状监测系统设计的技术关键点;利用软件开发技术研发部队症状监测系统相关软件;通过试点应用,对部队症状监测系统进行优化完善。结果与结论建立了基于旅团卫生队门诊信息的部队症状监测系统,部分已试点布置应用。系统具有较好的实用性,监测时效性和敏感度均较好,对部队传染病及突发事件早期预警防控起到了积极的作用。Objective To establish a syndromic surveillance and early-warning information system in brigade and regiment health service teams and identify abnormalities of infectious diseases earlier. Methods A syndromic surveillance system was established by means of risk assessment,expert consultation,software developments and pilot applications.Results and Conclusion A syndromic surveillance system which has better timeliness and sensitivity has been established in military barracks playing an important role in infectious disease prevention and early warning of medical emergency of the military.
