摘 要:分析了汽车内饰物锁本体的结构特点,通过Moldflow软件优化了最佳浇口位置,合理设计了浇注系统。采用一模两腔布局,并成功进行模拟分型。根据产品结构特点,设计了斜导柱-滑块和斜顶混合式侧向抽芯机构,确保了模具顺利运行,具有重大的经济价值。The structure of automobile interior lock body was analyzed according to the actual situation of the plastic part.The best position of gate was obtained,and the gating system of the mold was optimum based on Moldflow software.The parting of the mold with the layout of one mold with two cavities was simulated successfully.According the characteristic of the product,the integrate side pulling-core mechanism including the tilt pillar-side block mechanism and the tilt lifter at the same time was designed rationally,which ensured the action of the injection mold.Finally,the working process of mold was investigated,which was important to the design of the similar kind of mold.
