摘　　要：分别介绍了常规转化器和新型转化器在PVC生产中的运行情况,理论研究和实际运行结果表明,在转化器尺寸和列管数量都不变的情况下,新型转化器单台产能有所提高且触媒使用寿命延长。This article gives a brief introduction on the operation of the traditional vinyl chloride converter and the new type of vinyl chloride converter in PVC production. Both the theoretical analysis and the actual performance have showed that this new kind of vinyl chloride converter could increase production capacity and prolong the service life of catalyst comparing with the traditional vinyl chloride converter, given the same converter dimension and number of tubes for the two vinyl chloride converters.
