摘 要:本文中研究了某电控高压共轨柴油机,在两种不同工况下,后喷参数对发动机的燃烧、排放和油耗的影响规律。结果表明,引入后喷对缸内压力无明显影响,放热率曲线出现二次尖峰,缸内平均温度降低;随着喷油间隔的增大,二次放热率峰值逐渐后移,Soot排放先降后升,喷油间隔对NOx和油耗无明显影响;随后喷油量增加,主燃烧段放热率峰值下降,二次放热率峰值上升,Soot和NOx排放均降低,油耗稍有上升。The effects of post injection parameters on the combustion,emission and fuel consumption of an electronically-controlled high-pressure common-rail diesel engine in two different working conditions are studied in this paper. The results show that with the introduction of post injection,the in-cylinder pressure has no apparent change,but a second peak appears on heat release rate( HRR) curve and the average in-cylinder temperature lowers. With the extension of injection interval,the second peak of HRR curve moves rearward,the soot emission rises first and then falls with NOxemission and fuel consumption basically unaffected. With the increase in post injection fuel quantity,the first peak of HRR curve for main combustion stage falls while the second for post injection rises,the emissions of both soot and NOxreduce and fuel consumption slightly increases.
