摘 要:目的考察秦皮乙素、千金子素L8、千金子素L1、千金子素L3、千金子素L2五种化合物在千金子不同药用部位的分布情况。方法用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度系统,流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温25℃;检测波长275 nm。结果千金子种皮中秦皮乙素的含量很高,二萜酯类含量很低,个别甚至低于最低检测限,而千金子种仁中5种化合物的分布与种皮正好相反。结论建议将千金子种皮单列为一味中药使用。Objective To study the distribution of aesculetin,euphorbia factor L8,euphorbia factor L1,euphorbia factor L3 and euphorbia factor L2 in the different medicinal parts of Euphorbiae Semen. Methods Using HPLC method determine the content of5 ingredients. The column is performed on Inertsil ODS-3( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with mobile phase for acetonitrile and water,velocity 1. 0 ml·min-1,column temperature 25℃,275 nm wavelength detection. Results The content of aesculetin was the highest in the testa of Euphorbiae Semen. The content of diterpene esters some of which is lower than the lowest detectable limit,was the lowest. However,the content of 5 ingredients from kernel was contrary to its disposition of the testa part. Conclusion It is suggest that the testa part from Euphorbiae Semen act as a new traditional Chinese medicine separately.
