摘 要:目的探讨粉花月见草粗提物的抗菌活性,为天然消毒杀菌产品的开发利用提供科学依据。方法采用抑菌圈法和抑制菌丝生长速率法,研究了粉花月见草地上部分粗提物的石油醚相、氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相和水相4个极性部位对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、普通变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌5种细菌及可可葡萄座腔菌、尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、多主棒孢霉和尖孢炭疽菌5种植物病原菌的抑制作用。结果对5种供试的细菌菌株,石油醚相和氯仿相均无作用;而乙酸乙酯相和水相均有不同程度的抑制作用,且其最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)分别为8,4,2,0.5,2,10,4,2,1,4 mg/ml;对5种植物病原真菌,各有机溶剂萃取物均具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对可可葡萄座腔菌和多主棒孢霉,粉花月见草的乙酸乙酯相抑制作用最强,EC50为2.20和3.73mg/ml;对尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌和尖孢炭疽菌,粉花月见草的氯仿相抑制作用最强,EC50为5.33、0.9和9.19mg/mL。结论粉花月见草的抑细菌活性部位可能集中于乙酸乙酯相和水相,这两部分具有潜在的广谱抗细菌作用;粉花月见草的4个极性部位均含有抗真菌成分,具有潜在的广谱抗真菌作用。Objective The anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activity of the four fractions extracted from the aboveground of Oenothera rosea were studied for its exploitation. Methods The inhibition zone method and hypha growth-inhibiting method were used to investigate the inhibition effects of the petroleum ether fraction,chloroform fraction,ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction in the alcoholic extracts from the aboveground of Oenothera rosea on the five types of bacteria Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Proteus vulgaris,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the five types of popular plant pathogenic fungi Botryosphaeria rhodina,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani,Corynespora cassiicola and Colletotrichum acutatum. Results The results showed that there was no obvious inhibition of the petroleum ether extract and chloroform extract to the 5 species bacteria. There was inhibition of the ethyl acetate extract and water extract to the 5 species bacteria. The minimal inhibitory for the ethyl acetate extract water extract to the 5 species bacteria were 8,4,2,0. 5,2mg /mL and 10,4,2,1,4mg /mL respectively. For the five types of plant pathogenic fungi,different extracts had different degrees of anti-fungal activity. The ethyl acetate extract had the best inhibition effect to Botryosphaeria rhodina and Corynespora cassiicola with the EC50 values of 2. 20 and 3. 73 mg /mL respectively. The chloroform extract had the best inhibition to Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani and Colletotrichum acutatum with the EC50 values of 5. 33,0. 9 and 9. 19 mg /mL respectively. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extract and water extract from the aboveground of Oenothera rosea exhibited significant anti-bacterial activity and the four fractions extracted exhibited significant anti-fungal activity.
