摘  要:目的研究山茱萸提取物环烯醚萜总苷对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法提取山茱萸环烯醚萜总苷,建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型。分成正常对照组、阴性对照组、阳性对照,实验组分低、中、高剂量环烯醚萜总苷。正常对照组为非糖尿病小鼠,不作处理,阴性对照组灌胃等体积生理盐水,阳性对照组灌胃优降糖[(1.5 mg/(kg·d))],环烯醚萜总苷[低剂量组3.0g/(kg·d)、中剂量组6.0g/(kg·d)、高剂量组12.0g/(kg·d)],持续60 d,测量给药后和停药30、60天时的糖尿病小鼠的血糖及糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)和糖化血清蛋白(GSP),并进行统计学分析。结果环烯醚萜总苷给药组小鼠,低剂量组降血糖作用不显著,中、高剂量组较为显著(P<0.05)。给药停止后30、60天,中、高剂量组的血糖值及糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)较刚停药时没有显著差异,优降糖组血糖值及GSP、HBA1C有显著回升(P<0.01)。结论环烯醚萜总苷低、中、高剂量组的降血糖作用均不及优降糖组显著,但是中高剂量组血糖维持效果较优降糖组显著。Objective To investigate the effect of total iridoid glycoside in Comus officinali on diabetic mice'blood glucose. Methods Extract the total iridoid glycoside in Comus officinali,using alloxan intraperitoneal injection to establish diabetic mice mode.The mice were divided into normal control group,negative control group,positive control group and groups at low,medium and high doses of total iridoid glycoside in Comus officinali. Normal control group mice were not diabetic mice without administration. In negative group,mice were given with normal saline while the positive control group given with glibenclamide[1. 5mg /( kg·d) ].The model mice were treated with a high-,medium-and low-dosage of total iridoid glycoside in Comus officinali supply the following dosage 3. 0g /( kg·d),6. 0g /( kg·d),12. 0g /( kg·d). last for sixty days. the change of mice'blood glucose and glycosylated serum protein( GSP),glycosylated hemoglobin( HBA1C) were observed on thirtieth and sixtieth day immediately among all groups after drug administration,then carry on Statistical analysis. Results The model mice were treated with low-dosage of total iridoid show non-distinctive character in Hypoglycemic effect,while the high-,medium-dosage of total iridoid give a significant difference(P〈0. 05). Ten days after stop administration the mice treated with high-,medium-dosage of total iridoid,blood glucose and GSP,HBA1 C showed no significant change contrast to the moment just stop drug administration,while the positive control group show a significant difference(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The model mice were treated with a high-,medium-and low-dosage of total iridoid glycoside of Comus officinali show less significant then the group treated with glibenclamide,but the model mice were treated with a high-,medium-total iridoid glycoside of Comus officinali indicate more effective in maintains the blood sugar level then the group treated with glibenclamide.
