差热分析法鉴别碳酸钙类矿物药的研究

摘　　要：目的为矿物药的快速鉴别提供方法参考。方法采用差热分析法对石决明、珍珠母、珍珠、牡蛎、钟乳石、花蕊石及龙骨7种碳酸钙类药材进行热谱扫描分析。结果各药材差热谱图均具有各自特点。结论根据各药材差热谱图的差异,差热分析法可用于不同种类碳酸钙矿物药快速进行区分和鉴别。Objective To offer a method reference rapid identification of mineral medicine. Methods Seven kinds of calcium carbonate mineral medicines,including Haliotidis concha,Margaritifera concha,Margarita,Ostreae concha,Stalactitum,Ophicalcitum and Os draconis,were determinated by differential thermal analysis with thermal spectrum scanning method. Results The results indicated that different thermal spectra represent medicines own characteristics. Conclusion It suggested that based on the differences of various medicinal herbs＇ distinguished thermal map,different kinds of calcium carbonate mineral medicines can be recognized by different thermal analysis method.
