摘 要:目的建立复方中药制剂槐花甘枳丸微乳薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以5种配比的十二烷基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳系统为展开剂,聚酰胺薄膜为固定相,鉴别槐花甘枳丸中多种药味的特征成分。结果以含水量75%的微乳液-甲酸(9∶1)为展开剂可鉴定出方中槐花、甘草、枳壳;以含水量90%的微乳液-甲酸(9∶1)为展开剂可鉴定出方中当归。结论微乳薄层法可以简便高效的分离鉴别槐花甘枳丸中各有效成分。Objective To develop the microemulsion TLC identification method for Huaihuaganzhi pills. Methods The compositions in Huaihuaganzhi pills were identified on polyamide film( fixed phase) with five distribution ratios of sodium lauryl sulphate-n-butanol-skellysolve C-H2 O microemulsions as developing agents. Results With microemulsion( 75% water content)-formic acid( 9∶ 1) as developing agent,Flos sophorae,Glycyrrhiza and Fructus aurantii in Huaihuaganzhi pills were detected.With microemulsion( 90% water content)-formic acid( 9∶ 1) as developing agent,Angelica sinensis in Huaihuaganzhi pills was detected. Conclusion Microemulsion TLC is a simple,effective method,and it can be used for the separation and identification of various compositions in Huaihuaganzhi pills.
