丹参药材分级与相关指标含量关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的通过探讨不同外观等级的丹参药材和相关成分含量之间的一致性,为丹参饮片的分级管理提供依据。方法分别以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B为指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其脂溶性成分和酚酸性成分的含量,并进行方法学考察。结果通过研究发现不同外观丹参药材和相关成分含量之间有相关性,其中一级药材丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量均比特级药材含量高,丹参节药材丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量均较高,建议将丹参节入药。结论此方法简单,结果准确,可以用于指导研究丹参药材的分级管理。Objective Through discussion consistency between the different appearance of Salvia miltiorrhiza and related content to provide a basis of Salvia grade management. Methods Determinated its content by UV spectrophotometric with Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B as index,and made a methodological study. Results The content of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B from first-level Savial was more than that of critical savial and the rhizome of Savial suggested to be used as medicine when its content is high enough. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and it can be used to guide to research the crude Salvia miltiorrhiza classification management.
