摘　　要：目的探索在痉挛型脑瘫术后,电针在有效改善患儿的运动功能以及日常生活活动能力方面是否有肯定的临床价值。方法将40例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),两组均接受基础运动功能训练,治疗组在接受基础运动功能训练的同时加用电针治疗。对照分析两组治疗后股四头肌和臀大肌肌力的变化及两组治疗前后Barthel指数和Berg平衡量表评分的变化。结果 1两组患儿治疗后股四头肌及臀大肌肌力均有提高,但治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2两组患儿治疗后Barthel指数和Berg平衡量表评分均显著提高(P<0.05),Barthel指数量表评分治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Berg平衡量表评分治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针可以提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿术后的肌力以及日常生活活动能力,从而提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To understand the clinical value of electroacupuncture in rehabilitation therapy for recovering movement function and enhancing activities of daily living（ ADL） of the spastic cerebral palsy children after surgical operation.Methods 40 spastic cerebral palsy children after surgical operation were randomly divided into treatment group（ 20 cases） and control group（ 20 cases）. All the children got the treatment with basic motor function training. In addition,the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture. Carry out control analysis of the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris muscle and gluteus maximus muscle for two groups after the treatment and the scores of Barthel Index and Berg Balance Scale for the two groups before and after the treatment. Results First,both groups could increase the muscle strength of quadriceps femoris muscle and gluteus maximus muscle after treatment,but the treatment group was superior to control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）; Second,both groups could enhance the scores of Barthel Index and Berg Balance Scale after treatment,but the treatment group was superior to control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）for enhancing the scores of Barthel Index,but there was no significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05） for enhancing the scores of Berg Balance Scale. Conclusion Electroacupuncture could effectively increase the muscle strength of spastic cerebral Palsy Children after Surgical Operation and improve their ADL significantly in order to enhance their quality of life.
