摘 要:内置式永磁同步电动机的参数直接影响矢量控制的性能,本文提出了采用一元函数表示内置式永磁电动机磁路饱和的电感参数,给出了考虑q轴磁路饱和的电感参数的计算公式和电机数学模型,推导了相应的矢量控制的运行轨迹和控制方程。q轴饱和电感参数与全面考虑d、q轴磁路交叉饱和的参数相比,其计算量大大减少,且便于实际测量,相应的矢量控制方法与采用线性参数的控制方法基本没有区别。为了验证提出的q轴磁路饱和的电感参数的准确性,采用q轴饱和电感参数对矢量控制的运行转矩和磁链进行了计算,并与考虑了电机全部磁路饱和的电磁场计算结果进行了对比分析,证实了只考虑永磁磁势交叉饱和与全面考虑交叉饱和的结果有较好的吻合。The parameters of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor directly affect the performance of vector control,this paper presented the use of unary functions expression interior permanent magnet motor magnetic saturation of the inductor parameters,calculation formulas consider q-axis magnetic saturation of the inductor parameters and motor mathematical model,derived the corresponding trajectory equations and vector control. q-axis inductance saturation parameters compared with full consideration d,q-axis magnetic crosscoupling parameters,the calculation was greatly reduced,and the ease of the actual measurement,the appropriate vector control methods and the basic is no different from the control method of linear parameter. In order to verify the accuracy of the q-axis magnetic saturation of the inductor parameters proposed,using the q-axis inductance saturation parameters on the running torque and flux of vector control were calculated,and with consideration of motor all the magnetic saturation of the electromagnetic calculation results a comparative analysis,confirmed only considering a permanent magnet magnetic potential cross saturation and considering,the results of full cross-saturation are in good agreement.
