摘 要:利用剪切增稠流体与芳纶织物进行复合得到STF-芳纶复合材料,通过低速冲击测试平台对STF-芳纶复合材料与多层纯芳纶织物进行低速冲击对比实验。实验结果表明,在相同冲击能量下,纯芳纶织物的隔冲系数和能量吸收率随织物层数的增加而增大;浸渍剪切增稠流体制得的STF-芳纶复合材料与同质量的纯芳纶织物相比,抗低速冲击性能有明显提高,其表面最大冲击力与剩余冲击力小,隔冲系数与能量吸收率大。增加纯芳纶织物层数和采用浸渍剪切增稠流体的复合材料都能提高抗低速冲击性能,后者效果更明显。The STF-Kevlar composites, which were prepared by self-made shear thickening fluid and Kevlar fabric, and multiple Kevlar fabrics are subjected to be tested at low-velocity impact comparatively by using the self-buih device. The experimental result shows that under the same impact energy, shock isolation coefficient and energy absorption rate of pure Kevlar fabrics increases with the fabric layer number increasing. The comparison of STF-Kevlar composites prepared by impregnating STF to pure Kevlar fabrics of the same quality shows the significantly improved impact resistance property because of the smaller surface maximum impact force and residual impact stress, the larger shock isolation coefficient and energy absorption rate. Ircreasing the number of pure Kevlar fabric layer and using composite materials by impregnated with shear thickening fluid all can improve the property of low-velocity impact resistance, and the latter affects more obviously.
